Students can register for a course by submitting an online registration form. Tuition may be paid at the time of registration, or it can be deferred. If payment is deferred, the student (or training manager) is only reserving a spot in the course, but it is not confirmed until payment is received. An invoice for tuition will be generated if a student registers without paying.
If the course fills with paid students prior to tuition being paid, the student will be notified that they have been placed on a wait list.
Students selected from the wait list will be notified by phone or email.
Cancellations must occur within four weeks of the course start date to receive a full refund on tuition, minus a 3% service fee charged if paid for with a credit card. If a cancellation inside of a month can be replaced by a student on the wait list, a refund may be issued.
