Patrol Breacher Course (8 hours)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This POST-certified course was designed to train first responders to safely and effectively breach commonly encountered access points while responding to calls under exigent circumstances. Students will review legal aspects of forced entry, learn about modern effective breaching tools, and learn basic techniques to get them through doors, windows, gates and padlocks while avoiding injury.  This is geared for patrol / first-responders / warrant teams.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

Comfortable clothing suitable for a training environment

Assigned breaching tools (if available)

Sunscreen

Water / snacks

Eye protection

Hand protection (gloves)
