About the Event
This course will allow students to conduct a systematic self-assessment of their sniper element. Current best practices and recommendation will be examined for training, supervision, planning, equipment, qualification courses, and personnel selection/retention/removal. Sniper elements still represent the most undertrained and undersupervised elements of SWAT teams.
